missingWrote a review on Oct 07amenity closures
The washer and dryer were out of order during my stay, which I needed and expected to use for my clothes. On top of that, the pool was also closed, meaning two significant amenities I counted on were unavailable without any prior notice. I anticipated a basic functional experience but was left disappointed, especially considering I was paying for these conveniences.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05great breakfastconvenient locationnon-functioning fridge
We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and easy access to the zoo, which was a hit with the teens. The hotel’s location made visiting the area attractions simple. Plus, it was nice being close to our event at the Footprint Center.
In my kids’ opinion, the mini-fridge was a disaster. It didn't work, and they wished there was a better focus on family needs, especially for keeping drinks and snacks cool.

The location was ideal, just minutes from the airport, making it super convenient for an early flight. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a good variety, but it was disappointing that there were no hash browns. It took quite a while for the airport shuttle to arrive, which could definitely use better organization.
